We are looking for a Product Support Analyst who is passionate about working with customers and colleagues to support our sustainability platform. Reporting to the Product Manager, this is an exciting and responsible role supporting the growth of Turnkey’s increasing client base. As such the candidate would be responsible for the following key tasks:



  • Assist the sales team with consultative support in the evaluation of client needs
  • Provide product demonstrations in client facing meetings
  • Implementation of product software into a client environment
    • Provide post implementation customer training and hotline support
    • Review and manage data and provide Quality Control and UAT on big data sets
  • Work with the Product Manager and the Development team to test new systems and modules
  • Support the key account management team to manage the rollout of large client networks
  • Provide consultative support in researching key trends and developments within the sustainability sector


  • Confident, enthusiastic and self-motivated with an ability to work within a small, highly focused team
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Multilingual – Strong in English and Chinese
  • Sustainability and/or software customer service experience is preferred
  • Sensitive to different cultures and working practices
  • Willingness to travel within Asia
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills


Optional Requirements

  • Overseas experience preferred
  • Fresh graduate of 1-2 years’ experience preferred
